Disentanglement of Multiple Scattering Contribution in Brillouin Microscopy

چکیده

We provide a new analytic expression and an innovative experimental method to isolate the effect of multiple scattering (MS) in Brillouin investigation highly turbid media. On one hand, model is given describe spectrum case ill-defined exchanged wave-vector. other method, named Polarization Gated Spectroscopy (PG-BS), proposed for selecting MS contribution through light polarization. Both methods are tested against benchmark material, milk, demonstrating their capability extract reliable micro-mechanical parameters even materials till now inaccessible in-depth investigation.
